Our stay in the 5 bedroom condo was wonderful. It is a beautiful condo unit, very modern and new with great beach access. Bree, who is part of the La Copa property mgmt team, was fabulous! She was very courteous and responsive to any requests or questions I had during our stay, which made our experience even more pleasant. Our family does like to cook and eat meals in some of the time so we found there to be a nice pots/pans set and basic cooking utensils (but there was no toaster, pitcher or wine bottle opener). Also, the unit has a pretty set of melamine plates/bowls but they are not microwaveable. That was a bit of a bummer but we just bought/used paper plates. The beds were very comfortable and the bath products provided were nice. Overall a great experience! Our family is looking forward to our next stay here in the future.

I want to thank Team La Copa for a wonderful stay..the place is exactly as posted on Airbnb. It's gorgeous & very roomy.. Plenty of room. Everyone had a great time.. The condo is in walking distance of several restaurants.. The fireworks were incredible. Thank you Team La Copa for a Great time!

My family & I really enjoyed our stay in the La Copa beachfront condo! We were a large group of 10 comfortably accommodated in the 5-bedroom condo. The decor was beautiful, amenities plentiful and service was excellent! A special treat was the included breakfast at La Copa Inn each morning during our stay; the food was delicious. We were so impressed with the waffle station & the cooked-to-order omelette station. The condo kitchen was well-appointed and allowed us to cook some great family meals. The staff were very responsive, attentive, friendly and accommodating. With the convenience of an onsite elevator we were able to get up and down from our 4th floor condo quite easily. And we're were just steps from the beach with private condo direct access. We even caught an evening fireworks show from the condo balcony! The atmosphere was very enjoyable from the welcome amenity to getting to know other condo guests who seemed impressed with their stays too. This stay was full of memories and stress free by staying at this La Copa condo.

Absolutely wonderful - from start all the prep communication to a nice welcome arrival and accommodated us throughout stay. We had high expectations given price point, and host and place exceeded them. Accurate pics, in fact nicer than we hoped. Provides daily maid service, which includes fresh towels, floors and toiletries from Bath and body works - very nice!!! Hotel has a free breakfast buffet too. Kitchen stocked with prof cookware. Dishes look nice but not microwaveable - bummer. Truly awesome beachfront property. Besides an incredible ocean view, we also had a perfect view of 2 different firework shows from other front patio. Pool was simple, other guests not good about sand in it but not really host fault. What a view - sunrise and sunset!!! We loved it!!! thank you Jasmine for making our stay special!!!

Our stay at the beachfront condo was amazing! We were privileged to stay on the 4th unit, which is on the highest floor. Oh my, WHAT A VIEW! Not only was the view spectacular, but also the condo itself. Amazing Kitchen/bedrooms/balconies, etc. Even though all 3 units were booked, we did not hear our neighbors. It was quite. Only dislike we had was that the pool is small. All 4 units have to share the pool, and it’s not big enough. Everything else was perfect. Brianda and Jasmin were fantastic. Great hosts the whole time I was there. God willing, we will be back! -Carlos

Nice, we really enjoyed our stay

We had a great time at SPI last holiday weekend. The condo is relatively new, very clean, very impressive property and great location, right on the beach. The only hiccups we had were some of the keys stopped working after the 1st try, and it became a hassle to get in. We had to knock on the door quite a few times to get in. Fortunately, someone was always inside. The problem was not with our keys. Some of our neighbors experienced the same problem with theirs as well. Overall, we were very impressed and enjoyed our stay.

We were a group of 4 couples where being together was as important as having our own bit of privacy. We had unit #4 (top floor) and were absolutely overwhelmed when we walked in to see the size of the common living area (open living/kitchen area) with an abundance of seating arrangements and then the beauty and setup of each bedroom with a private bath for each. Very modern and contemporary setup that really makes this a chic and classy place. The cook ware, dinner ware, glassware, etc. were absolutely ample. The inventory count for each were a little off from what the Inventory sheet suggested and so we did document the exact count of each. There was no cutting board which we did want and so I called Angel (the presiding manager) the night we got there and first the next morning, we had our cutting board. We also wanted to get bathroom floor mats as those were not there in the standard bathroom set, and Angel made sure we got those the next day as well. Access to the beach was very easy.....1 minute and you are in the beautifully warm waters of the mid October Gulf waters. The sand is really very fine but the beach can be a little hard on the feet so bring good walking shoes if you plan to walk a lot on the beach (to sort of burn all the alcohol off :-)). 3 minutes away is really good beach bar called Wanna Wanna. Must go-to for at least one evening (Saturday special - live band). We got really lucky to get to experience the beautiful music and singing of The Pelican West. Phenomenal band. Just the right kind of 70's, 80's music at a volume that lets you sit right next to them and enjoy.....not too loud or anything. Go early though. They started at 7:00 and ended at 11:00 and we went only at 10:00. Our loss! We were lucky in that we went at time of the year where SPI was a little quiet. So we were the only ones in this 4 unit condo building. If it were full, the pool is really going to be small. So don't be disappointed if you have a pool full of people and all you can do is stand. Go to the ocean instead. But, the pool was clean and overall property was very well maintained. House cleaning service is offered every day. Not sure what happened on day 1 but the service was substandard. Just sort of left towels and sheets on the bed and did not do anything else. Asked Angel about this and the next day we got a very good servicing done.....vacuum, mop, dish washing, bed make up and all. All in all......GREAT PLACE.

This is one of the best places to stay on the entire island. Kitchen came fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Huge TVs with HDMI access and a huge array of channels. The view from the balcony overlooks the beach with your own private access and swimming pool. Three charcoal grills for all your outdoor cooking needs. Just amazing.

For starters, Our stay at La Copa's condo was planned very last minute. Angel and Bree made this a very smooth trip! So accommodating and the place is great! I stayed with 6 other girls for my Bachelorette and everyone had their own bed. The rooms are so spacious and beds are sooooo comfortable! We really enjoyed the breakfast vouchers and the employees at the Inn were extremely friendly. Also, I loved the fact that we were able to get our rooms cleaned, sheets changed, etc. Just like a hotel. This was an amazing place for this kind of trip, it was so peaceful and we will definitely be coming back! Thank you for being so attentive to our needs!

We absolutely loved the accommodations. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, great service, cleanliness, beautiful view, convenience to the beach and special touches. It was so helpful for each room to have its own clean and gorgeous bathroom. The beds and linens, decor and furniture, were all perfect. The laundry room was helpful to have, and the breakfasts were delicious. The parking was convenient too!

High end condo on the top floor with AMAZING views, steps from the beach! The pool was small, and shared with other 3 floors of condo but we was only crowded 1 time while we were there. We mostly had the pool to ourselves when we were there. Make sure to bring soap for the washing machine because none is provided and it's expensive on the island. But the kitchen and living spaces were lovely and the beds SO comfy! Communication with management was super quick and responsive. We had an awesome family vacation, and the location of this place right on the beach was perfect for hitting the beach multiple times per day and being able to quickly and easily take a break from the sun and sand back at the pool or the condo.

Our large family had a very nice time, beautiful view, right on the beach with easy and close access. Carport parking with convenient access to elevator so that carrying luggage was not too difficult. We liked everything about the place except the very disappointing water pressure in the showers.

Team La Copa has one of the best places I have ever stayed in. We were greeted by such friendly staff at Check in. When we arrived to the Condo. We were amazed with the view and the easy access to the beach. The place was very nice and clean. Was excited when I saw the little added touch of bath and body works toiletries in all the bathrooms. The kitchen had nice appliances and cabinets full of dishes, pots and pans. There is a daily cleaning service included which was great. We had fresh clean towels daily. There is a wash room with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. You get free breakfast at La Copa in, which was great...lots of choices. Had a few questions and there was always someone readily available to answer. The view from this place was amazing and there is private access to the beach. After coming back from the beach, there is a little wash area to clean off all the sand. Was worried about parking but there is actually plenty. My family and I had a great time here and can't wait to come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Team La Copa's Place. Beautiful views and ideal location. The condo was clean and offered a nice spacious area in all rooms. We loved receiving room service each day, fresh towels and beds redone. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and hope to return.

This rental is the best place to stay if you want to relax on the spacious patio or on the beautiful beach below. The staff were all wonderful and friendly. Quiet, because not in the large condo buildings. Plenty of room to spread out and unpack. We plan to return next year and bring our children and Grand kids. Great place for families and adults. Very sandy beaches and warm water to swim in. Even for small toddlers. Shallow shore and the surf is mild enough to enjoy. Five stars is not enough. We all give it a ten star review.

LaCapa condo will exceed all expectations. Worth every penny spent. The ocean view are spectacular. My children alternated from pool to ocean. We will definitely be back and will stay longer!

We would happily return to this incredible condo. For the 10 of us, everyone had enough space of their own as well as enough space to gather as a group. The absolute positives - beds, location and view. The areas to improve - kitchen necessities, towels and water pressure (if possible). La Copa came through in the end with some basic requests and we appreciated their punctuality and communication.
